Delayed payments may result in paused services, restricted access, or additional charges.
Either party may terminate the agreement in case of policy violations, breach of contract, or misuse of services.
Completed work and active deliverables will be billed up to the termination date.
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive business information, credentials, and proprietary project data.
